From Darkness to Light, Dependence to Freedom, Fear to Fearlessness ....

-- Should you just do what you think is right or should you consider other people's feelings and thoughts before acting?

-- Why is there an inherent need to impress everyone? And even if it doesn't go as far as impressing everybody there is definitely an inherent need to please/look good in front of everyone (even complete strangers!)

-- IMHO, this behavior is due to the following reasons:
----- Not knowing one's true self and potential (pure and infinite respectively)
----- Lacking self-confidence due to the above
----- Ego, attachments and other malices being born due to the 1st point
----- Considering some people inferior and at the same time some people superior to myself (again due to the 1st point)

Depending on which stage a person is on he will find one of the above causes as answers to the initial questions.
