Gandhiji

The eternal question regarding Gandhiji: Was he a political leader with a philosophical angle or a philosopher with a political angle ?

Found this post on an orkut community on Gandhiji:
"They say a leader is someone who takes you from where you are to where you can be. I think he was a leader with a philosophy to bridge the gap."
very very apt !

Some gems from the Gandhi collection:
"First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win."
"We must become the change we want to see"
"An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind"

Finally, the only true honor/award/respect for Gandhiji would be by keeping Gandhi alive .... in our thoughts .... in our actions .... and in our beliefs.
