True Lies

Is half truth a lie ... not volunteering information wrong ... saying part of the truth cheating ?

Here by half truth I mean a statement which is part of the truth ... not the entire truth ... but a (true) part of the truth ... I also don't mean a statement which is partially truth ... Its the truth just not the entire thing ... If you are feeling 2 different emotions and if u admit to just one ... its still the truth but not the entire truth ... so would it be considered a lie ???
I think ye ... it IS a lie.

Thats because its gives a twisted/skewed view of what u feel/think which is a lie, even when it wasn't meant to cause any harm.

Again, "the truth is always the right answer".
