Irrational Anger ?

Oxymoron ? ... I think so ....

According to me anger is never irrational ... people might say they get angry at seemingly trivial matters because of their state of rage which mite have been caused by something totally different ... I think they get angry at trivial matters because its been playing on their mind for long.

If you get mad at someone/something is it because that person/thing at that point of time offended you in some way ... or is it just dormant anger from some other time coming out ... I think its the second.

Most time we just ignore certain things towards people ... but it doesn't mean we altogether forget about it ... we remember all of that when we are in a state of rage and that person/thing comes in front of us ... then for a seemingly trivial matter we think we get mad at that person/thing ... when actually in spite of it being trivial at that point of time ... the previous incidents come out from the subconscious mind into the conscious mind and it is the one which is the true cause of that 'irrational' behavior ...

So according to me anger is never irrational ... we would like to think it is ... because we get comfort that way ... that maybe I got angry at someone/something because I don't have control over my anger ... but its never like that.
