Courage
For living your dream the foremost thing required is courage. The dream is of course important and so is passion, also important is relentless zeal, hope and faith are equally important. But according to me the deciding factor between the greats and could-have-been-greats is courage.
To believe in something and more importantly having faith in oneself is, methinks, what defines courage and that kinda courage symbolizes the purest form of love there ever can be. "To love a thing is to know and love its nature". Why I say courage is the purest form of love is because if you have courage to stand up for yourself and your beliefs, it means you 'know' and 'love' its nature and love can't get any purer that that.
And only that kinda courage can transform a mere dream into actual reality. All of the other factors act as catalysts but the core component has to be courage.
