Mood Swings
Causes:
Chemical Imbalance?
Hormonal Changes?
Situational Changes?
Sometimes for absolutely no visible reason I undergo mood swings (not that often, but more than what I would like to). Fortunately, they are not for prolonged periods of time and thus don't affect much.
What makes a person undergo mood swings? Is it one of the above reasons? or is it just plain frustration at some hidden/suppressed/unfulfilled feeling/s which needs an outlet and finds one in the form of a mood swing. Is it something beyond my control? Is it something which everyone experiences?
According to me, the cause is a combination of all of the above with the individual contributions varying from one swing to another. The only thing one can control is the frustration part and that's what one should be aiming for. Finding the cause of the frustration and finding a solution for it can go a long way in reducing/completing eliminating all mood swings.
