Cheating part deux

Anything and everything done besides work during the office hours is cheating. That includes chatting on any IM messenger, checking mails besides work mails, talking to ppl not related to work ... doing any other work besides work is cheating.

No more cheating ... at the very least an effort to not do or do as little as possible ...
